Many of our TechSoup members have told us that tech support at their organizations is an ongoing issue. Libraries and the other organizations we serve often have limited IT support budgets to work with. So we have created TechSoup Services, a new suite of customizable solutions to help our members plan, implement, and troubleshoot their technology. This new suite of services includes
- Help Desk from TechSoup: Get help solving emergency one-off software and hardware issues quickly and affordably.
- TechSoup Managed IT Services: This service provides continuous proactive maintenance and monitoring of your systems and network, with unlimited Help Desk for all users included. You pay an affordable per-seat monthly fee.
- TechSoup Cloud Implementation Services: Get help choosing and implementing the right cloud-based services, including Office 365, Box, Tableau, and many more.
- TechSoup Consultant Connection: This service provides free access to a network of verified, trusted technology consulting firms that have experience working with nonprofits.
